J. Wesley Andrews

Wes Andrews brings over seven years of investment banking experience to Cardinal Capital. As a Vice President, his primary responsibilities include financial analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining Cardinal, Wes was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers where he focused on hybrid debt and convertible securities transactions for financial institutions. Preceding Lehman Brothers, Wes spent five years working in Citigroup's Fixed Income Capital Markets Division where he focused on asset and project finance transactions for multinational corporations. Wes began his career in corporate finance as an associate in the Telecom, Media and Technology investment banking group at UBS Warburg. Wes received an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Miami and B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was the starting quarterback of the football team for two seasons. He is FINRA series 7 and 63 licensed, and is a member of the Florida Bar and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Wes is active in the local community as a member of WakeMed's Champions.
